JustRite Friday Challenge

{JustRite Friday Challenge Card}

Friday is always fun because this is the day JustRite Stampers hosts their Friday Challenge.  This week Spellbinders is the sponsor.  The challenge is to create a  summer recipe card or share a fun recipe using JustRite stamps.

I have always wanted to make an easel card and this seemed like the perfect occasion.  The card is very simple to assemble. The first picture shows the card front.  I love these spooky graveyard deserts and so do my girls.  A picture of the delicious tombstones, dirt and worms gives your guests a sneak peek of the recipe to follow.

{Easel Card}

Once the card is opened it reveals the ingredients and recipe to make this decadent graveyard pudding.  What makes an easel card special is the way it opens and stands.  The 'button' spider holds the card front in place

{Products}

I used both JustRite stamps (Witch Way to the Treats) and Spellbinders die templates on my card.  To make the tag stamp the Trick or Treat sentiment on cardstock.  Cut the circle using Spellbinders S4-114 Standard circles Lg .    Stamp a wire fence background, from JustRite's Witch Way to the Treats collection, onto red paper and cut using Spellbinders Standard Circles Lg.  Mount your tag onto a scalloped circle cut using Spellbinders S4-124 Classic Scalloped Circles lg .

Graveyard Deserts

Chocolate pudding mix * chocolate sandwich cookies * whipped topping * rectangular shaped cookies for 'tombstones' * gummy worms

Mix pudding according to package directions.  Crush chocolate sandwich cookies. Combine half cookies and whipped topping with pudding.  Refrigerate.  Before serving cut tips of graham crackers to form tombstones.  Stand tombstones up in the pudding and sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies to form 'dirt'.  Add gummy works and enjoy.
