A Card for Hope and Promise

Sometimes making a simpler card is all that is necessary to convey a special message.  I designed this card with one Spellbinders die template set called Just Swingin' and the beautifully scripted sentiment from JustRite's latest release called

The JustRite team have all created beautiful samples with this set - each one quite different and spectacular!

  2. I love your card and I do have Just Swingin which I made for Easter. How did you mount the die cut on the base of the card - it looks very nice but has such a narrow base frame?

    1. Hi Rosie
Thanks for stopping by and for the question. I will send you an email but I thought I would answer it here too - if others were also curious :) You are right the frame is very very narrow so I simply cut a small foam square into tiny little slithers and used the thickest parts of the tree trunk and branches to adhere the front panel to the card base - the sides are not attached. Granted this might not be the most secure of cards but if it is not going to be handled a lot then this method works perfectly :)
So glad you got this set and that you made an Easter card with it. If you have a blog and have posted it somewhere send me a link so I can see. Hugs Kazan

  4. This is a beautiful card. The die cut tree is so elegant looking against the white background. Very pretty.
