Baby Boy Golf Themed Card & more clues...

Our sweet friends are celebrating the birth of their perfect little baby boy.  I knew I wanted to make them a golf themed card after I watched their adorable Gender Reveal video.  Daddy hit a special golf ball that would either explode pink or blue colored dust into the air.  It was so stinkin' cute to see both Mommy and Daddy just embrace in pure delight as a beautiful blue puffy cloud filled the air!

Denim Days
Oatmeal Cookie
Whip Cream
Butter Cream

I did not want to do over the top golf so I created the little textured circle as a background accent to resemble a golf ball.  Details below!

  1. Stamp bunny image using Denim Days ink pad onto Whip Cream cardstock.
  2. Stamp sentiment using Denim Days ink pad onto Whip Cream Cardstock.  Sprinkle sentiment with clear embossing powder and heat set.
  3. Stamp Deco Dots onto Whip Cream cardstock using Cool Pool ink pad.
  1. Die cut circle Deco Dots stamped image.  Dust edges with grey Panpastels.
  2. Die cut Detailed Foliage from Whip Cream cardstock.
  1. Color bunnies using  Color Burst pencils and blend using Blender tools and baby oil
  2. Fussy cut colored bunny images.

  1. Fold Oatmeal Cookie cardstock to form card base
  2. Mat Buttercream panel onto Denim Days cardstock. Adhere panels to card base using Whtie Liner Tape.
  3. Adhere a strip of Corrugated cardstock to bottom section of the card
  4. Trim edges of sentiment to form banner shapes.  Lightly minpulate banner to form wavy shape.  Adhere banner shape to Corrugated cardstock with Glue Dots.
  5. Adhere Deco Dots circle to front panel using White Liner Tape
  6. Secure Detailed Foliage die cut branch with Glue Dots
  7. Add a few Foam squares to back of stamped Bunny image and secure to Buttercream panel
